AliTere ("we," "us," or "our") provides online practice for the CompTIA Security+ exam and Linux/Kali command practice. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect the email address and password you provide. Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is never stored by us in readable form.
When you make a payment, it is processed directly by Paystack. We do not receive or store your card details, and no card is kept on file for future charges. We do receive confirmation that a payment was made, which we use to grant access to the platform for the paid period.
We keep basic records of your account's access status (for example, whether your current 2-month access period is still active) so the platform knows what content to unlock for you.

- To respond to support or feedback messages you send us
- To communicate important updates about your account or the service
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services We Use
AliTere relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:
- Firebase (Google) — account authentication and storing basic account records
- Paystack — secure payment processing
- Formspree — delivering messages sent through our support and feedback forms
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data that passes through their systems.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember simple preferences, such as whether you prefer light or dark mode, and to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on Firebase's and Paystack's industry-standard security practices for authentication and payments. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we do not store sensitive payment details on our own systems at all.

Children's Privacy
AliTere is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
